Was it really? The first edition, which I think came out in 1995, was significantly revised twice.

To give him credit he did previously say this about Getting Started in Hold'em: "I agree with the reviewer that said that this book has replaced Lee Jones' book as the best introductory text for beginning players"

I'm working to get a 2+2 posting coach for him, no worries - he will become a cynic soon enough. I think Microbob would be perfect, don't you?
