You could split it like blackjack teams do. They take into account hours and some things you might not have to worry about (visibility, scouting, etc.). That has it's own problems- read about the MIT blackjack team and see how 'well' working as a team can work out.
Trying to take skill into account will cause additional problems. Why should the weak players believe they deserve less-especially when they run good for a month and the "better" players run bad. Will you take results into the equation? How will you quantify skill? (In Blackjack, team members are constantly being tested on keeping count and related adjustments) Are you going to put the group bankroll in jepardy if one player has a tilt session?
This is just asking for trouble in the future I fear.
