I think you may be right. I don't think it's necessarily impossible, but I think it's very difficult, takes a certain amount of natural ability and a lot of practice to learn. I think the casinos make a lot more money off of people trying to "precision shoot" than they lose to people who can actually do it well enough to make money at it.
