I used to think the same thing..that after only 2 years ed millers small stakes holdem book has become outdated....that was until I played in Atlantic City where 5 or more players to the flop was the norm...I'm not sure about higher stakes..the limit I play is 10/20..but the saying that internet players are donkys I believe is outdated...I find the online 2-4 and 3-6 games to be tougher on average then the 10/20 live games..so I believe Ed's book is now better suited for live play
