Re: The story of six
They won't change back to the 4-3. Not happening. I agree that they should have looked at the roster when they came to town, saw number 51 and said to themselves, "How do we put this guy in a position to fulfill his potential?" I completely agree. But it isn't happening.
Re: Harris, he's looked good and I'm looking forward to seeing him in the middle with Vilma for years to come.
Re: BT, he's come on, but I wish the guy had more edge speed. We *really* need an OLD/DE pass-rushing threat. Has anyone seen Bowens in the last 2 games?
Re: Clemens, I too am pleased with what I saw. The toughness and non-fumbles were great. Good arm, he seems to have potential. I just think most fans overrate arm-strength and underrate winning--coaches too, see Boller, Kyle. I know Chad's arm is prob among the weakest in the league, but he's got to be one of the smartest QBs around and--bottom line--when he plays we win.
Its nice to know that Kellen might is capable and could fight for the job next year. Giving him the job now, if Chad is healthy enough to play, would be a huge mistake.
The last thing I want is a coach who gives up after 2 weeks. Bad enough dealing with the fans
