so you don't know what union this was or how the contracts worked? guys work half a year, collect unemployment the other half but don't get sick days for 15 years? lol now i am definitely sure you don't know what you are talking about.
and you are paying people 15 bucks an hour to do a job most contractors get ex-cons or teenagers to do for 8 or 10, and calling THEM stupid? i'd like to be stupid enough to find that job.
what i am saying pertains to any kind of work, union or not. if you pay people not to work, they're not going to work. if you overpay for mediocrity there is no incentive to excel.
