I love lemons and sour stuff in general, but there's no way I'd take this bet. After like 20 lemons the citric acid will have his mouth raw, and probably the same or worse to his stomach and esophagus.
Earlier this year I drank a ton of fairly sour margaritas one night and it f'd up my teeth for like a week. It wore down the enamel in spots, enough to where it was extremely painful to bite down on anything. Think what kinda condition even 50 lemons would leave you in, zero chance he finishes this.
