If you think discussing hands or saying "fold" is ILLEGAL, then perhaps you should take a look at the small stakes and play money tables where people talk about hands during a hand every single minute just about. So should Full Tilt ban all these players? If not, they should impose a certain rule for particular high stakes players that can't take it? Please.

Even if 10 railbirds plus 3 sitting players tell you what to do, if you can't judge for yourself then you will never be a good player. The least of your worries when playing high stakes should be what opponents can or cannot do. If they are COLLUDING, report them, otherwise, your logic is like telling Gus Hansen on Full Tilt that he should get every single railbird and sitting player that talks banned, because they talk about his play to other players during EVERY SINGLE HAND.
