I bet for value on this turn against an unknown because you get called by Ks, Js, smaller flushdraws and you want to set up the stack sizes in a way that allows you to push when you hit your flush. I wouldn't care about QT just having got there. It's just a small part of villains range and he will probably slowplay to the river anyway. Most player don't raise big when they hit a straight or better on the turn. And you don't hate a c/r that much that it should keep you from betting. And you might get a free showdown from an A with a better kicker or a two pair that is afraid or passive.
