This is why we dont make raises with 23 , 2 sets of 2/3, 3 sets of 7, 6 sets of 72, 6 sets of 73,the queen opens up even more doors , 21 hands of pairs on turn which are unlikely, i doubt he plays AA or KK this way after ur flat call to his check raise unless he is on tilt, he probably has a set or a better two pair.
