if this is serious, i think it's just mean and a little sad.
i think these typically mean "trash" to me:
1. trucks with the mudflaps with the naked ladies on them.
2. the little decal of Calvin taking a piss
3. bad tippers
4. drivers that straddle two merging lanes to not let people behind them pass.
5. those Everlast weightlifter pants
