Well, when I argued for 6-10BB/100, I was talking about lower limits. 4BB/100 at high limits is still very impressive, and if you look at just his bread-and-butter games (the three where he played the largest number of hands) he actually did better than 4BB/100. His overall average is reduced slightly by screwing around at lower limits or at NLO8 (where he doesn't seem to have an edge).
