isn't it pretty easy to know who the father is based on the due date? i guess if she banged more than one guy that weekend she wouldnt know, but assume that you are the father for the sake of discussion. obviously a paternity test is standard in this situation.

You assume the girl is being truthful about her due date etc. She aint dumb, she wants to trap you (the deep pockets), not the homeless druggie who was the other guy.
