People grow up and move on not from OOT per say just from the boards in general. Which has nothing to do with NT or how OOT is run. This happens in almost every online community. Some people always will stick around, some will fade , some will just start lurking only and others will just disappear all together. New Posters will step up to the plate, old posters will show the way its this cycle that keeps the board going. If BBS systems relied on only old established members to post and take part is discussion then they would die.

OOT is the way it is because the users who post there currently, generally as a whole, like it that way.
