the actions benefit the short stack but that doesnt mean the short stack had anything to do w/ it.

so if i wanted to DQ ivey from the WSOP, i could check the nuts against him and he'd be out? brilliant.

This isn't a criminal trial where we need proof beyond a reasonable doubt. If the shortstack is indeed innocent then he is paying a price for being staked by a dubious individual.

Maybe you don't need proof beyond reasonable doubt, but I am pretty sure every tournament director in the world disagrees with you.
