I (almost) hope this situation never happens to me. I really would feel horrible about stealing away first place.

That said, I've gotten HU vs some asshats before and I wouldn't flinch at tearing into them.

So I'm not sure where I stand ethically on the practice, because "Well I'd do it to an asshat" isn't an ethical excuse.
