So 2 questions then,

1 - cashing out after you make that initial deposit means nothing?

2 - I did exactly that. I made a deposit yesterday but forgot to use the bonus code, cashed out, then redeposited. However, the bonus is still in my pending bonus section. Should I ask party to clarify or does it look like I'm still good?

Cashing out after you made the deposit usually voids all bonuses so i assume it will void this also.

The 2nd question - Hmm strange, id of thought they'd exclude you from this bonus but maybe my interpretation of their T&C's in incorrect or it takes a while to update their site/your account?
