there is a distinct possibility there is something besides her like/dislike for giving head that is preventing her from doing it for him, especially since it's the easiest thing in the world to get what you want. clearly it has got to be SO bad down there that she is willing to give up a major leverage point to avoid doing it.

If that was true the situation would've been resolved.

Also, I don't think she gave up a major leverage point. Based on the OP's post, I think she just utterly dominates the poor guy, doesn't care about his happiness and this is a symptom of a greater disease.

Obviously getting head as a girl isn't as big a deal, but if one of your friends was complaining about her boyfriend never going down on her would you immediately think "Well, [censored], maybe if you didn't smell like a sushi bar he'd do it?" Most people have reasonable personal hygiene.

No. First response is always going to sympathize with the "wronged" party in the initial anecdote. Now, OP comes back and tells us that his friend doesn't go down on her, beats her mercilessly, and spends most of his time blowing his life savings on hookers the sympathy flips back.
