I don't mean to keep replying to your posts in what seems to be a negative way, but we are not playing on Party and tables with vpip >30% are not that common. At least at 100nl and 200nl. The ones with a vpip +30 at 400nl+ are usually tougher than the ones with a 22% vpip.
For suzzer, bones made a great post about three back. The only thing I'd add to that is to become much more reliant on your hud. Being on the button with 9To like in one of your hands where the initial raiser is the CO (for example)... his basic 4 stats are hugely important to what play you make.
