That isn't the case here. Caddies, bartenders, and the golf pros get tips regularly. Some of the other employees get tips occasionally and usually from guests around tournament times.
I don't mind a no tipping policy either. It's just very odd to find a place where the norm is not tipping people who usually get tips elsewhere.
