utg+1: laggy/maniacal/bad pf, weak/bad/loose postflop
mp: fish
button: good player, knows i'm on the laggy side. also i run hotter than the sun against him

unless you think that UTG+1 will bet for you and you've got a chance to c/r or 3-bet the field depending no the button. But if UTG+1 and MP are going to check to the button then you just shut them out by c/r'ing on the flop when you could probably get them to make a few hopeful calls in big pot.
So I think leading out is the best play unless UTG+1 is going to bet a heavy majority of the time.
