Warming up that much for a mile is pointless and probably cost you at least 10-20seconds off your time. Swing your legs a bit, maybe jog a couple hundred meters, that will be plenty. It's not like you need your core temperature up and your legs super limber - you're just running a mile not sprinting across a street dodging cars.
