Then after the 2 right lanes peel off to Trenton (295N), go about 1000 feet, cut across 2 lanes of traffic entering the highway, and take exit 1C. This all happens very fast, PAY ATTENTION. Turn left at the stop sign, go over the highway, take the 1st right which is 42S, after rejoining the highway, move a couple lanes to the left and follow the signs to AC.

I am making the trek from from Gaithersburgh, MD to AC on Thursday. I would like to avoid crazy turns and shortcuts, much like the advice above. I don't mind taking an extra 10 minutes so I don't get lost. Many casino websites say to go 95 > Walt Whitman Bridge > 42 S > AC Expressway > Poker Glory. Has anyone tried the Walt Whitman route and is it really that much longer than the AC shortcut?
