Was hung over and lazy yesterday, stayed home and watched movies all day.

Bad News Bears - wow, this was really bad. An occassional funny line or two, but overall quite bad. Nowhere near the original.

Akeelah and the Bee - pretty much exactly what I expected. A fun, light, inspirational type film. Worth watching. Not as good as Searching for Bobby Fischer, so I'd recommend that instead if you're in the mood for one Larry Fishburne mentors a young prodigy film.

Aeon Flux - not good, but surprisingly better than I expected. I mean, let me be clear, it's not a good movie. But Charlize Theron looks so hot, there's plenty of action (a little on the cheesy side), and the simple and somewhat dumb story is at least mildly interesting. I expected this to be horrible, instead it was merely not very good.
