Dude... my aunt and uncle live in Minniapolis, I've been there many times. I hate to break this to you, but you live in one giant hippie infested suberb that doesn't even come close to fitting the description of the type of area I'm talking about. I shouldn't have said "city" because I forgot that includes pussy areas like St Paul.
