1) Who the [censored] PEES ON AS MANY THINGS AS YOU SAY SHE DID? This is so far beyond retarded that it may be a serious mental health issue. I'd honestly have Ty or whoever tell her to get that [censored] checked out.
2) You have to write essays to the University about why you should be allowed to live off campus? Holy [censored] that's ridiculous.
3) If this is somehow real (and my BS meter is a little off recently so I'll give you the benefit - who could make this up???) then you need to take it on yourself to keep her from ruining your year. After about a week, if she's being a bitch, and we all know she will be, get your landlord to evict her. Important question, though, does each roommate have their own lease? If you use her stay as violation of the lease's terms, you need to make sure it doesn't inadvertently come down on you too.
