He is loose passive because hes loose passive.
They are two connected , but different beasts.
I dont know how you can all argue "loose-passive players do this point 1/2/3/"
I call down or raise if I all I know is "hes a fish"
I fold if I know hes a "loose passive fish"
This all depends on how strong oinks read is on the degree of his passivity
If it's only statistics based, then dont fold.
