I would like to nail down my most profitable hours... evenings? mornings? However, as far as I know, we can't do that with Pokertracker, or any other thing.
So, should I play at noon, or midnight? Anyone with an informed opinion on the subject, pleas enlighten me.

I found Pokertracker to be quite good for this, but only after I got alot of hands imported. If you look in the Sessions->MoreDetail screen it shows you your winrates for every 2-hour section of the week and shows the best times to play in terms of BB/100.
