I've got no problem with a woman doing compound movements...and I see your point. I guess I was just kind of grossed out by the image in my mind of my gf dead lifting 200lbs...lol.
Anyways, the main point of the OP was for recommendations on a workout that can be done at home, with minimal equipment (dumbbells).
