Laying England on UK exchanges is always a good idea although they are not as badly priced as they used to be for major competitions (pre-exchanges)
I wouldn't back Brazil at those odds. I think you can get better value from backing outsiders and laying once the groups are over, especially someone like Ukraine who have a very winnable group.
I also think Argentina will struggle (especially in that group) and it may be worth laying them.
If I wanted a Champions League bet I would back Italy as the "Winning Nation" at 2.3
