Your argument is regarding ANY forms of taxation. The income tax does not pay towards ANY public services other than literally the "war machine" and the federal reserve. Im not an expert on the federal reserve stuff but I've read many sources that state it is a common misconception that income tax goes towards public services such as roads and schools.
