I almost thought "3 bet" because his hands with a T in them greatly outnumber his sets, but then I remembered that getting 4 bet by 2 pair sucks because we will often be folding live outs.
I like just calling the turn, and check-calling the river. Yeah, I know people like to bet/fold, and it's often good, but in this spot, it's better to get value out of his missed draws (97,J9) and a lot of his tens are betting after you check. Hell, he might even come at you for value with A8.

If the river is an ace, bet/call. If it's a ten, then bet/3bet/call cap. Every other card is check/call methinks.

edit: what are your thoughts on C/Ring the turn?
