You've got QJs which is a good hand with position in a multi-way pot. I wouldn't raise pre-flop here.
It looks like you and villain have both played a strong hand slowly. He's limped UTG, which (buy-in dependent) smells of set-mining, so by the end he's more likely to have TT/99 than KJ.
Its hard to see what you are beating on the river here, but I can't find a fold into such a large pot.
As for the flop-check, well maybe. You certainly can't rely on the button betting into a multi-way pot with a paired flop though.
