I hate the microwave, I wont even reheat food in one. Sweet Potatoes cook perfect in them though. Its quick and comes out soft all the way through.

I usually get the smaller spuds and cook them 5 minutes on power level 5 and then 3-5 minutes on high. I would repeat the process for larger potatoes.

I think they have great flavor so I just eat them plain out of the microwave.
