Things in my cart nearly everytime I checkout
Medium Turkey Breast with Ribs.
Chicken Breast.
Ground Turkey or Ground Sirloin.
Whatever good looking Fish Publix has at the Seafood Counter, usually Salmon, Talapia and/or Tuna.
Top Sirloin.
Quaker Oats(not every checkout because I get the Big Tub, but definatly a staple in my diet).
Yellow Rice, White and Wild Rice, Brown Rice.
Canned Black Beans.
Sweet Potatoes.
Romaine and/or random other dark lettuces.
Bananas
Squash, Zuchhini and/or Mushrooms.
Bell Peppers.
Eggs
Cottage Cheese
Tomatoes
Onion.
Avocado.
Organic Milk.
And usually I'll get one of the following two:
Old El Paso Stand and Stuff Taco Kit.
McCormick Chili Packet w/ Kidney Beans and Petite Diced
Canned Tomato.
