Once a week, sometimes 2x week, either TJs or whole foods
banannas - eat these daily
apples - eat these daily
eggs - eat these daily
cottage cheese - probably every other day
almond butter
broccoli
broccolini
spinach
tomato
avocado
carrots
corn
peas
stringbeans
mushrooms
peppers
Most of this is in a frozen medley, I buy fresh each time I go to the store but only for one serving/meal/cooking, otherwise it goes bad or I don't eat it in time etc...
chicken 2x day
beef 1x day
fish 2/week
larabars
jerky
almonds/walnuts
That's about all that is in my kitchen. I eat out 1-2x week, mostly sushi.
Approx. expenses are around $100/week.
