I really feel like you're twisting my words here. I'm not accusing anyone of anything. I asked for people's thoughts because my gut feeling was that it didn't happen that often but I've frequently heard many people state the contrary.

I'm sorry if it disappoints you, but believe it or not, I actually estimate that most women (with some exceptions), beautiful and not so beautiful, rise through the ranks because they have good people skills and are good at their job! I almost feel like it would make you happier if I didn't think this way so you'd have an excuse to grind your feminist axe!
