So basically, you are arguing that, because something happened in the past that you didn't like, the way someone else is treated in a different justice system (federal court) and under a different set of rules and laws, and by a different league conduct policy is too harsh, and he should get off for it?
In other words, that because the justice system failed what you think is fair in the past, a brutal and calculating criminal enterprise should also be unpunished? Why? What possible justification can there be for that?
What punishment does Vick deserve, in your book, for profiting from the torture, mutilation and death of hundreds of animals? For conspiring to expose hundreds, or even thousands of other people to same? Anger management counseling? Probation?
