I've talked to Brits who only graduated high school or who went to perfectly ordinary colleges, some who didn't graduate, and the difference with young American dudes is huge. Even a lot of the very average blokes over there have a vocabulary that makes our high schoolers and college graduates look like kids still in elementary school. The standards are higher over there even for dumb people.
