Sonuvagoat. I quote all day long using FOB, but have always thought it to mean "freight on board". I like my way better. I wouldn't want to have the word "free" anywhere on a quote.

I think both are acceptable. A little googling also pops up Freight On Buyer which makes it even more clear than the other two.
