i don't think check raising the river is a valuable play here. if he missed a flush draw, check raising will force him to auto fold. if he really only has one pair, i don't see him calling a check raise unless he is holding exactly A10. otherwise, if he bets the river, he is only going to really be calling (or re-raising) with a hand that beats JJ here.
i would probably c/c the river here, but i would have 3 bet preflop and would have bet the flop. that way, if a 3 bet is called preflop and you're raised on the flop, his hand range narrows pretty dramatically and you can toss the JJ.
