Same way you exploit any nit.
1. Never pay off without a monster.
2. Expect huge implied odds on their EP raises. Set mine/etc accordingly.
3. If they play nitty postflop then exploit their wider LP raises by cold calling and buying pots postflop, or if they play poorly in 3-bet pots without huge hands then 3-bet their LP raises.
3. When they're on your left, play as though they're not even sitting down.
Biggest thing you'll see at $100 is #1. When all the money goes in against the guys who aren't complete idiots, it's going to be a "cooler" situation much more often than it was at $50. Anyhow, $100 and $50 play way differently. You'll need to open up your game eventually, but get used to the play at $100 first. Mixing the huge increase of aggression at $100 with inexperience playing a wider range would probably lead to bad things. Open up bit by bit and take it slow. See what works for you.
