i would raise any 2 on the button if you were in SB and BB.
other than that it comes down to stuff like reraising tendencies and postflop and [censored]
you're crushing it though, just move up and things will work themselves out. don't try to conciously force yourself to start flatting CO raises from the BB with KJo.
