The type of people you referred to "in all (your) above posts" are surely present here. The attitudes toward women on NVG can be appalling (though it's really attitudes toward particular women who catch the boards' attention--I'd shed no tear for Brandi). However, the attitude in general isn't the stuff of special awards for compassion. To some extent I think some of the posters are letting sides of themselves that are genuinely bad come through while they hide behind their keyboards. But I think a lot of the putdowns, glib judgments, excessive sarcasm, etc. are just throwaway comments. I'm referring, of course, to general comments on this forum, not just those about women. I'm not judging any of the PEOPLE on the forum, just their comments (big difference). Anyone who would ask for examples could land on any thread and not have to look far.
