Depending on 42 N traffic, it might make more sense to go from I-295 N to 42 N to exit 1C (Market Street), go left at the exit, then get back onto 42 S towards the AC Expressway.
One would be halfway to this 1C exit on 42N anyway if trying to stay on 295 N, so why go out of the way to 168?
