[C.R.E.A.M.]

So I'm pretty new to the whole working world. I'm a fresh college grad working in my first 9-5 cubicle job. There are some pretty nice looking mid 20s hotties as well as a few hot MILFS in senior staff, lower management, and upper management positions. I can't help but wonder if any of them engaged in some "extracurricular activities" outside the office at some point to help their career. We probably have about 300-500 employees total, that work at my facility.

To you guys who have been working in the office atmosphere longer and have probably heard all sorts of rumors and gossip, how prevalent do you think sleeping with higher-ups to get promotions is? Does it happen more than one would think? Is it not that common and over-exaggerated?

I guess my gut feeling is that it's rare, but perhaps I'm naive?
