No offense bud, but do you want to cut out the whiny excuse making for one second??? Who's fault is it that your conditioning has fallen this far??? Yours, no one else's. If those guys at the gym didn't suck it up at some point and begin working out they never would've gotten where they are now. I know from experience as someone who was always a little skinny guy that the big guys at the gym tend to want to help you more than anything. Plus my attitude has always been, "I go to the gym to get/stay in shape, not showcase what a physical marvel I am. (Which I'm not anyway)" and that's why the othe rpeopl eare there too. Last, do you think those guys got in that kind of shape because they head to the gym and concentrate on ridiuculing people who are in bad shape or because they go in and concentrate on their workouts?
Come on man, you're an adult. This isn't high school, no one's going to give you a wedgie or a pink belly. Take responsibility for your own life and do what you know you need to do.
