Playing 30/60 and I open KK in the CO. BB is new to the table and he's the only caller.
Flop is K97r, and he bets $120. He has about $2k behind. Ethical considerations aside, what's my best course of action to get his whole stack in this limit game? Remember I have to act quickly before the dealer can straighten him out.
