Not in a public bathroom. That is disgusting, imo. So unsanitary and what is the urine smell doing for them? Don't get it. Now that I think of it not even in a private bathroom. Not a sexy place for me apart from the shower, but that's different.
Other public places? Oh my, yes. That is my idea of fun. Goes back to high school days and pool crashing, perhaps. Continued that into later life using suitable hotel pools. One of my favorite places to go after bar closing. Parks and other natural places, of course, but that's standard. Dressing rooms in stores. Pretty much anywhere you can reasonable expect to get a few minutes of privacy.
