Pretty straightforward. Pick your city. Filter by cuisine, neighborhoods, pricing, etc., as much or as little as you want. Then pick a time and it'll show you available reservations around that time.
If you want to have sushi or steak or whatever with a group of 4 Saturday night, you just sign on to OpenTable.com and it'll show you a bunch of choices. I like it so much better than having to call around.
You get points that are not really worth anything every time you make a reservation, that's what those +100s are, they just show up on your activity listing.
